Yagga is a family-run nautical base on the French coast offering an exceptional range of watersports under one roof — catamaran sailing, surfing, windsurfing, wingfoiling, and Optimist dinghies for kids. Driven by a tight-knit, passionate team, the school is built around one idea: making watersports accessible to everyone, whatever their age or level.

Running that many activities from a single beachfront base is rewarding — and relentless. With a constant flow of clients across half a dozen disciplines, every product, session, and instructor has to line up perfectly, day after day.

The Problem
