START, PRO and GOLD are the three pricing plans of the product. Each client will decide which plan fits best to their needs. It is possible to upgrade to another plan at any time.

Indeed Bloowatch is one of the very few booking systems that doesn't charge online booking fees. It means we propose to our clients different payment gateways depending on their location, but we don't had any extra fee from those low-level commission that will depend on the selected solution.

As a typical package in the market, Bloowatch offers a 12-month subscription. This is a minimum requirement to cover all the coast that we support aboard onboarding, training and support, continuous development and maintenance of the platform. Most of our clients are seasonal businesses, who also benefit from the system before the season with online sales (GiftCards, etc.) and aftere with the  year financial closure and analysis.

We also propose long term discounted packages for those looking for a stable, specialized solution.

There is no additional charge for the functionality to use the system, and the subscription will cover support from our customer service team and ongoing development and maintenance of the system.

There is a charge for SMS from the third party operator responsible for sending the SMS at €0.09 per SMS.

We provide some additional services if required: :

• Website widget integration 100€

Yes you can upgrade to any superior plan at any time. You will need to wait until the end of the subscirption to change to a lower plan though.

Yes, Bloowatch is integrated with tens of 3rd party application and services such as communication (mailing, SMS, etc.), payment (numerous payment gateways), weather data, operation (calendar, etc.) and more.

Payment for the Bloowatch subscription can be done by credit card, wire transfer or Paypal.

You can integrate the online booking widget  that is provided by Bloowatch into your website  (it can be done with any kind of website).

Your webmaster can do this integration - it is quick - or our team can deal with it for a minimum integration fee.

We take data security very seriously at Bloowatch. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center with highest standard, daily backups and regularly updated on latest security patches. All school information (customers, activities, staff, etc.) is completely independent, isolated and will never be delivered to any third parties.
