Does Bloowatch charge commission on bookings?
No — zero commission, ever. Unlike platforms that take 3–6% per booking, Bloowatch charges a flat subscription fee with absolutely no commission on online bookings, POS sales, or payment links. You keep 100% of your revenue. You also choose from 8 payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Redsys, Paybox, Payzen, and more), and their standard processing fees are between you and the gateway — Bloowatch adds nothing on top.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the subscription?
No hidden fees. Your subscription covers the full platform. Optional extras exist if you need them: the Waiver App and Channel Manager are paid add-ons, SMS credits are purchased separately, and there’s a one-time setup fee if you want our team to configure your account. Everything is transparent and listed on this page.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a self-service trial because Bloowatch is a specialized platform that works best when configured for your specific activity type. Instead, we offer a free live demo where we walk you through the platform using your real use case — your activities, your pricing, your team setup. How long does it take to get started?
Most centers are up and running within days to a couple of weeks. The platform itself is fast to set up — products, staff, calendar, booking widget. But Bloowatch touches sales, operations, and administration, so the real timeline depends on how your team absorbs the change. We include training and support to help you get comfortable before your season starts.
Which plan is right for my business?
Start is for solo operators or small schools with up to 3 staff who need scheduling, online bookings, and a POS. Pro is for growing centers with up to 12 staff who need manifests, seasonal pricing, gear management, partners, and SMS. Gold is for established operations with large teams, multiple POS terminals, quotes, promo codes, marketing pixels, API access, and advanced analytics. Not sure? Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time — the price difference is prorated for the rest of your billing period, so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. There’s no penalty for changing plans.
What happens when my contract ends?
All plans are a 12-month commitment. At the end of your contract, you can renew, change plans, or leave. If you decide to leave, most of your data can be exported. We don’t lock you in — we’d rather keep you because the product works for you.
I only operate seasonally. Is Bloowatch still worth it?
Absolutely — and most of our customers are seasonal. The platform isn’t just for peak season: you use it before the season to set up products, pricing, and staff schedules, during the season for bookings and operations, and after the season for reporting, invoicing, and planning next year. Our pricing is extremely competitive compared to commission-based alternatives — a single avoided double-booking can cover your monthly cost.
