For ski schools · winter 2026/27
The Season Playbook for ski schools.
Four chapters for the winter ahead: sell the season, run the peak morning, keep the families, be ready for the guest who asks an assistant. Each one is measured in Bloowatch's own ski-school bookings, carries a tool you can run for your own school, and ends on the one agenda your desk, your instructors and your families would run on.
The route
Four chapters, one agenda.
Read them in season order or jump to the one that hurts. Every chapter opens on a measured figure, shows the work screen by screen, and gives you a tool for your own school.

What changes on Bloowatch
One winter, four places you feel it.
The four chapters are one system seen from four sides. This is what each side gets when the website, the desk, the instructors and the families run on one agenda.
Who it is for
Built for the school you actually run.
The mountain is different; the four chapters are not.
15 to 90 instructors
The size of most ski schools on Bloowatch. The largest runs 140 instructors on one agenda.
Cooperative, independent or resort-owned
A cooperative, a Swiss school, a Tyrolean independent: the same peak morning, the same family booking at 21:40.
Ski, snowboard and the kids' garden
Group lessons, privates, week-long courses and the kids' garden, on one agenda.
Bloowatch for ski schools — nine questions before the demo
What does Bloowatch do for a ski school?
One agenda for the whole school. Bookings from your website, the desk, hotels and partners land on it as lessons; you put each lesson on an instructor from a list of the ones who can teach it and are free; families pay a deposit when they book and the balance from a link; the confirmation carries the meeting point; the reminder is one tap for the day; every instructor sees their own day on their phone; every family keeps one record from one winter to the next.
We already have a website with a booking form. What changes?
The booking stops being an email. It arrives as a lesson on the agenda, in the family's language, with the deposit taken and the confirmation sent — at 21:40, with nobody at the desk. At 07:30 it is already on an instructor, or in the unassigned row waiting for one. The desk sells from the same availability, so a website sale and a walk-in can never take the same instructor.
Does it handle private lessons, group lessons and week-long courses?
Yes. A private lesson belongs to its guest and comes off the website once booked; a group has its capacity; a course is one product with all its days and one price. Ski, snowboard, children, beginners, off-piste — whatever your school teaches is set up as an activity, and each instructor is tagged with the ones they teach and the languages they speak.
Can our instructors see their schedule on their phone?
Yes — the same agenda, their own column, every change of the morning included. They can enter their own days off, and message the guests of any lesson from it. At the end of the period each instructor gets an exact statement of what they taught.
How do families pay?
A deposit at booking — your rule per lesson type, a share of the price or all of it — and the balance from a link, from a phone. At the desk, on the till or by a payment link sent while the family is still standing there. No Bloowatch commission on any of it.
In which languages does it work for our families?
The booking page speaks 24 languages, so a Dutch mother books in Dutch and an English family in English. The confirmation goes out in English, French or Spanish, matched to the family on the Pro and Gold plans. Your own templates — the reminder, the what-to-bring text — are yours to write per language.
How many instructors can it hold?
Start covers up to 3 staff, Pro up to 12, Gold up to 50. Larger teams are added on top of Gold for a small monthly supplement — our largest ski school runs 140 instructors on one agenda.
What does it cost?
A flat fee of €59 to €149 a month, less on annual billing — never a commission on your bookings. For a school with more than twelve instructors, that means the Gold plan.
How do we see it running for our own school?
Bring us your worst Saturday. In twenty minutes you describe your peak morning — the overnight bookings, the sick call, the family at 08:30 — and we run it, live, on one agenda. The four chapters above are the same morning, the same winter, written down.
