Is your ski school ready for the guest who asks an assistant?

Families now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Mode for "the best ski school in your resort for kids" — and book on the school's own page. Five stations decide whether an assistant can find you, answer for you, and send the booking to you — and not to a marketplace. Three of them start with one September afternoon.

— every example below then speaks about your resort. Nothing is sent.

What changed this year

AI assistants now do the finding. The booking stays with you — or goes to a marketplace.

Four dated facts, none of which needs you to become a technologist. Together they say one thing: the assistant finds the school it can read, and hands the family to a booking page it can read — yours, or a marketplace's with its commission, if that is all it finds.

March 2026 OpenAI withdrew checkout inside ChatGPT. The assistant does the finding; the family books on your site. Skift, 5 March 2026
19 May 2026 Google extended booking in AI Mode to guided tours and attractions. The assistant completes the booking through the page it can read — the operator's, or a marketplace's. Google, Search at I/O 2026
3 June 2026 Meta's business agent went worldwide on WhatsApp. It answers what you gave it, at 22:00, and hands over a link. TechCrunch, 3 June 2026
This year Tour and activity operators' use of AI rose from 37% to 52%. Almost all of it writing marketing text. Guest communication is the open ground. Arival, 2026

The check

What assistants say about ski schools in your resort today

Three assistants, three questions a family actually types, nine answers. Assistants name a shortlist, typically three; a school is on it or it is invisible. Here is what the check looks like — and the button to run it for your school.

Best ski school in your resort for kids?
Example answer · the schools are invented Here are three ski schools in your resort that families rate well for children:
  1. Example Ski School — dedicated children's area, small groups, English-speaking instructors.
  2. Example Snow Academy — group and private lessons, online booking with deposit.
  3. Example Ski Garden — "Piou-Piou" garden for 3–5 year olds, meeting point at the beginner lift.
In this example, your school is not named: the assistant found no page that says, in whole sentences, that you teach children.
Best ski school in your resort for complete beginners?
Example answer · the schools are invented Two schools list beginner group lessons with published prices and next week's dates — Example Ski School and your school, which shows this winter's dates and a deposit on its booking page.

The three fixes, in order — the three afternoons below
1 A page for families, in whole sentences: ages, levels, the Piou-Piou garden, the meeting point, prices.
2 Your Google profile complete: what you teach, which languages, opening hours that agree with your site.
3 A booking page with next week's dates and a deposit — the page the assistant will send the family to.
We run it for you: we put the three questions to ChatGPT and Gemini for your resort and send you the nine answers; Google AI Mode, which offers no interface for this, we read with you on the demo. Your school name and email are used for this check and the December re-run — nothing else.

The five stations

Five stations to an AI-ready ski school

Tick what you already have. The gondola climbs, and each station tells you the next move. It works the same for an ESF cooperative, a Swiss school and a Tyrolean independent — the mountain is different, the five stations are not. This is what ski school management software has to carry underneath.

Found

Station 1 of 5
What it is
An assistant names three schools for a family's question. You are one of them, or you are invisible.
Where Bloowatch stands
The check above tells you where you are. Being found is writing, not software — and we say so.

Your next move: Write the family page this month. It is the single biggest move on the mountain.

Answered

Station 2 of 5
What it is
The question at 22:00 — which level, where do we meet, what to bring — gets an answer without anyone at the desk.
Where Bloowatch stands
The confirmation carries the meeting point and what to bring; the reminder is one tap for the day; the booking link is the one the agent hands over; WhatsApp to one family from the participant list.

Your next move: Write the seven answers — the Keep page has the list — and put the booking link in every one.

Booked on your page

Station 3 of 5
What it is
The assistant finds; the family books with you, on a page that closes.
Where Bloowatch stands
The storefront speaks 24 languages, takes the deposit rule you set, puts the meeting point on the confirmation, and charges no Bloowatch commission on the booking it closes.

Your next move: Put next week's dates and a deposit on the booking page — the page the assistant will send her to.

Readable by her assistant

Station 4 of 5
What it is
Her assistant reads your availability and books, with nobody at your desk.
Where Bloowatch stands
A public booking interface on the Gold plan — catalogue, availability, booking, payment — issued to your school by key. No ski school sells this way yet, and the day it starts, the schools with one honest calendar will be first.

Your next move: Keep the availability honest to the minute. That is the whole preparation.

Run with the judgement kept

Station 5 of 5
What it is
Rules and suggestions on the morning board — the search done, the choice yours.
Where Bloowatch stands
The shortlist picker today: only the instructors who teach the lesson and are free. Rules and suggestions are where we are building — on top of that agenda, not instead of it.

Your next move: Run the morning on one agenda this winter — the Run page shows a Saturday.

This month

Three September afternoons in your resort

The three moves that lift the score most, in the order that pays. None of them is a technology project.

1 One afternoon · writing

The family page

  • One page: children, beginners, English-speaking — ages, levels, the garden, the meeting point as directions.
  • Whole sentences. Prices on the page. This winter's dates.
  • The instructors' first names and languages.
2 One afternoon · your Google profile

The profile that agrees with the site

  • What you teach, in which languages, for whom.
  • Opening hours, address and phone identical to the site.
  • Reply to every review from last winter, in the director's name — the ones that name an instructor first.
3 One afternoon · the booking page

The page the assistant sends her to

  • Next week's dates visible, a deposit, the meeting point on the confirmation.
  • Her language — the page speaks 24.
  • No Bloowatch commission on the booking it closes.

The agent-ready ski school — nine questions directors ask

Do assistants really recommend ski schools?

Yes — a shortlist of three, from what is written about a school in whole sentences on its own site and its Google profile. ChatGPT names only about one local business in a hundred; a ski school is on the list or it is invisible.

How do I get my school into an assistant's answer?

A page per audience in plain sentences — children, beginners, English-speaking — with prices and this winter's dates; a Google profile that agrees with your site; reviews that name your instructors. The check on this page shows where you stand today.

Can an assistant book a ski lesson today?

It finds and sends; the family books on your page. Booking a ski lesson through the assistant itself will need availability a machine can read, correct to the minute — the fourth station.

Does Bloowatch make assistants recommend us?

No one can. What Bloowatch does is make sure the booking the assistant sends lands on a page that closes it: live availability, a deposit, the meeting point, her language, no commission.

What is the public booking interface?

On the Gold plan, a key issued to your school that lets a system read your catalogue and availability and place a booking with payment. It is the piece a guest's assistant will use when that day comes. No ski school sells this way yet, and we would rather say so.

Should we put a WhatsApp agent on our number?

Write the seven answers first — levels, meeting points, what to bring, weather, cancellation. The agent is Meta's; what it hands over is your booking link. For the one family that needs a person, WhatsApp from the participant list.

Will AI do the morning assignment?

Today the agenda shows only the instructors who can teach a lesson and are free; the choice is yours. Rules and suggestions are where we are building — and no ski school we know runs its morning that way yet, whatever the brochure says.

What should we do this September?

Three afternoons: the family page, the Google profile, the booking page with dates and a deposit. Then run the check again in December.

What does it cost?

Plans run €59 to €149 a month, less on annual billing — a flat fee, not a commission on the bookings an assistant sends you. The public booking interface is on Gold.

Ask us what an assistant says about your school.
